• Work independently to educate, answer questions, inform, and resolve issues for coverages and modifications for clients.
• Accurately and efficiently navigate our agency management system.
• Process payments on an as needed basis for clients and request cancellations when necessary
• Coordinate client’s needs regarding issuance of binders, certificates, and evidence of property
• Provides exceptional customer service for accounts, which includes communication with and between customers, producers, and carriers.
• Develops a strong and positive client relationship by being the point of contact and maintaining an open line of communication.
• Verifies new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, coverages, and any other relevant information.
• Interacts with coworkers/producers and clients with good communication skills, cooperation, and providing information to achieve the business goals of the agency.
