Location: Brookland, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Must have reliable transportation and a working mobile phone
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
Experience Requirements
  • Experience installing and servicing structured cabling systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber optic cabling
  • Familiarity with telecommunications and network infrastructure
  • Experience working in telecommunications closets and equipment rooms is a plus
  • Ability to read job documentation, project drawings, and installation plans
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Job Duties
  • Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems
  • Install and organize network racks, patch panels, cable trays, and conduits
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and repair damaged cabling
  • Review project documentation and CAD drawings before installation
  • Test and certify completed installations to industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labor hours, inventory, and project activity
  • Communicate project progress with project managers and team members
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional service
  • Support preventative maintenance and service programs
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and development
Physical Capabilities
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
  • Climb ladders, kneel, crouch, stoop, bend, and work in confined spaces
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Safely operate hand tools, installation equipment, and testing devices
  • Wear required PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection
