• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and drawings
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Safety-focused mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 pounds

Key Responsibilities

• Load boxes and products onto the front of the assembly line in a timely and efficient manner
• Repetitively lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs
• Inspect materials prior to loading to ensure quality standards are met
• Move materials within the work area as needed to support production flow
• Assist with basic assembly support tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to leadership
