Requirements: Built for the Grind

• 6 months – 1 year of bandsaw experience (within the last year)
• CNC machining experience required
• Strong safety awareness & attention to detail
• Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt quickly
• Reliable transportation + strong attendance is a MUST
• Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection required

Your Day, Start to Finish
Operate CNC laser and machining equipment. Perform lathe work, sawing, bending, drilling & tapping. Read and interpret blueprints & work orders. Produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances. Inspect using calipers, micrometers & gauges. Maintain equipment & troubleshoot as needed. Keep a clean, safe work environment.
