  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Education
      • A high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or certification in healthcare administration is preferred

    • Experience

      At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and standard office software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, while having excellent attention to detail.
    • Physical

      • Normal clinical and hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of both normal and soft tones. Ability to sit for long periods and assist in patient mobility if necessary. Frequent standing, walking, reaching and bending. Lifting or moving up to 20 lbs, occasionally.

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • The Clinical Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for clinical and medical office services, including patient registration, scheduling, billing, data management, performance improvement, equipment coordination, and departmental logistics. This position works closely with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, patients, payers, vendors, and other healthcare personnel to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely operations.

      The coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate patient and program information, supporting revenue cycle activities, coordinating schedules and clinical services, assisting with data collection, reporting, and facilitating the deployment, tracking, and logistical management of medical and digital health equipment. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to independently prioritize multiple responsibilities across clinical and administrative settings.
