Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and assist in patient handling, Carrying up to 50 lbs, Pushing/Pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Exposure to healthcare environments, including biological hazards.

The Behavioral Health Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment within behavioral health units and crisis stabilization settings. This role combines traditional security functions with behavioral health support, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
