- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with EHR systems and general office software. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple referrals efficiently. Must be able work in a fast-paced medical office environment, interacting with various healthcare professionals, patients, and insurance entities.

- Occasional walking, standing, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting and pushing up to 50 lbs. Frequent sitting, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Must be able to see with corrective eye wear. Must be able to hear clearly with assistance. Able to use typewriter/computer, printer, copier, fax, adding machine/calculator, PBX and two-way radio.
