Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility:
Lead, plan, and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaison in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results, Supports management with operational administration of the Baptist Centers for Good Grief. Monitors and executes daily task based on clinical operations and programming. Position is under the direction of the Administrator. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
E 1. First impression to community for Baptist Centers for Good Grief. Navigating callers and guest from clients, community leaders, and donors. Assisting guest with center tours and resources.
E 2. Assisting with coordination and implementation of center groups, camps and events.
E 3. Assisting with marketing and educational tool development for center outreach resources and social media.
E 4. Assist with special projects that fall under 5 pillars of care.
E 5. Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with BMHCC regulations.
E 6. Manages procurement of office supplies and equipment. Maintains inventory and oversees supply orders.
E 7. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications. Schedule and organize community programming, meetings, and events. Facilitate information flow between centers and staff.
E 8. Prepare reports based on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics. Analyze data and successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
E 9. Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or as directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge/Education
Experience
4 years customer service experience with evidence of increasing responsibilities. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).

Associate's degree or Equivalent Intermediate computer literacy.
Physical Requirements:
Work requires the physical demands of standing, bending, lifting, stooping or performing other work requiring light physical exertion (up to 30 pounds) on an occasional basis (up to 15% of time) and frequent walking; or moderate physical exertion (up to 50 pounds) on an intermittent basis (not a routine part of the job).
Environmental Conditions:
Work is performed under basically normal working conditions as in a standard office environment and may involve intermittent to occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions or undesirable elements; may involve some contact with potentially hazardous or harmful elements in providing administrative or support services.
