We are currently seeking a 1^st Shift Panel Shop Technician at our manufacturing facility in Jonesboro. The Panel Shop Technician provides electrical support by building electrical components for specific orders and providing insight on electrical issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install clutches and brakes on motors; this duty is performed weekly
• Provide mag starters/electrical controls for shipment on special and stockyard orders; this duty is performed weekly
• Provide electrical support to Sales, Distributors, and End Users. This duty is performed weekly
• Maintain test carts, drum switches, and wiring; this duty is performed weekly
• Stock and maintain inventory of electrical items; this duty is performed weekly
• Frequent and variable lifting, pulling, and carrying of up to 50 pounds
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines
• 3 years of related experience or training
• Must be able to perform all assigned responsibilities noted above
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

A High School Diploma or GED is required. A.A. in the field of electronics or technology is preferred.
