We are currently seeking a Training and Development Administrator at our Jonesboro location. The Training and Development Administrator is the backbone of the Training and Development Department, providing crucial administrative support to ensure Trainers can focus on delivering world-class training programs. They wear many hats, handling logistical aspects, managing resources, and contributing to the overall success of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage training sessions, rooms, and equipment
  • Coordinate registration and enrollment for training programs
    Develop and maintain training calendars and schedules
  • Prepare training materials and handouts
  • Facilitate communication between trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
  • Track training completion and attendance records
  • Process training-related documents and invoices
  • Maintain and develop training resource libraries (e.g., manuals, videos, simulations)
  • Source and research new training tools and technologies
  • Manage and update training budgets and expenses
  • Prepare reports on training activity and effectiveness
  • Assist trainers with developing and updating training materials
  • Support the implementation of new training initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development and maintain a strong business acumen
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the training department effectively
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or training support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Education

An associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
