Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization’s information technology systems, processes, and strategies. The candidate will work closely with other departments to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and project management.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
