Psychologist
Families, Inc. Counseling Services
The Psychologist is responsible for conducting psychological evaluations and interpreting results for referred clients. This role supports the clinical treatment process by providing clear, accurate diagnostic information and working collaboratively with treatment teams and outside agencies as needed.
- Conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
- Provides verbal and written interpretation of evaluation results to clients and/or referring clinicians.
- Completes all documentation accurately and within required timeframes to support services provided.
- Delivers services in approved locations based on clinical need.
- Completes documentation required by Managed Care and private insurance to facilitate service authorization and reimbursement.
- Prepares and submits required reports to DCFS, the legal system, and other involved agencies as applicable.
- Participates in scheduled clinic meetings.
- Provides supervision and observation for QBHP staff as outlined by agency policy.
- Provides expert testimony in court when requested or required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & LICENSURE
Must hold current licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Arkansas.

Travel required.
