You’ll create visually stunning, multimedia-rich presentations and resources, develop interactive activities, role-plays, and cutting-edge engagement strategies, collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance, design data-driven evaluations and post-training reinforcement tools, and continually advance modern adult-learning principles to elevate the learner experience. This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Presentation Design
- Design high-impact live/virtual learning sessions by crafting dynamic presentations and resources rooted in adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and multimedia magic; think animated visuals, videos, music, charts, and seamless transitions that captivate and educate
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to co-create bold, engaging learning solutions that spark interaction, retention, and real-world application
- Transform complex data into unforgettable stories using graphical storytelling, intuitive diagrams, and energetic-engineered visuals that make information stick and inspire action
Training Material and Resource Design
- Craft professional, eye-popping handouts and materials that supercharge live and virtual sessions, aligning perfectly with learning objectives to boost engagement and mastery
- Fuel dynamic learning experiences by designing role-plays, exercises, games, schedules, agendas, facilitator guides, and learner resources that ignite participation and drive results
Pre-Event Production
- Orchestrate flawless Large Learning Event rollouts by prepping, polishing, and packaging all materials (streamlined naming, trimmed graphics/A/V, and optimized for seamless Express University uploads) ensuring every session shines on the big stage
Post-Event Administration
- Drive continuous impact by debriefing with facilitators and coordinators to measure learning outcomes, refine sessions, and supercharge reinforcement campaigns that keep knowledge alive long after the event
- Champion learner success through hands-on support; analyzing usage data, troubleshooting interactive elements, and delivering tailored reinforcement and technical backup to ensure every participant thrives
Innovative Learning Research
- Spearhead learning innovation by researching and rolling out cutting-edge approaches to presentation, engagement, interaction, roleplay, and reinforcement—turning every session into a game-changing experience that sticks and inspires
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in its place, 5+ years of hands-on experience in learning design or facilitation will be considered
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
- Strong computer skills required
- Expert knowledge of PowerPoint with very strong creative learning design skills
- Familiarity with Adobe design software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working with graphics and other media files
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
