Engines, inc. is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of diesel and spark-ignited powered located in Jonesboro, AR with territories encompassing AR, TX, LA, MS, NM, and TN. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their parts needs.

Requirements:

• Data entry experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of diesel engines

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their needs
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding availability, pricing, and delivery options
• Process orders and handle transactions with efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the parts sales team to meet customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry and basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of diesel engines and related parts is required
