Your role will involve crafting unique ice cream creations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities:

Ice Cream Creation: Prepare and serve Cold Stone Creamery's signature ice cream creations, ensuring consistency and quality in every scoop.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in making flavor and mix-in choices, and ensure a positive and memorable experience for every visitor.

Cash Handling: Accurately process customer orders using the cash register, handle cash transactions, and give correct change.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, which includes cleaning equipment, counters, seating areas, and restrooms.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest flavors, promotions, and products to answer customer queries effectively.

Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with team members, assist in training new hires, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
