Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to manage the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting activities for our Hungarian entity. In this key role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with local and international accounting standards, budgeting and forecasting activities, and supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis. As a finance partner, you will work closely with management, international finance teams, auditors, and external authorities to drive operational excellence and maintain a strong financial environment. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for all accounting, reporting, and closing activities for the Hungarian legal entity • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll accounting • Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external partners • Provide financial insights and KPI analyses to support business decisions and continuous improvement • Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to drive efficient financial processes
