Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for defining and implementing specific sales and marketing strategies for the assigned within the European and Americas hub. Proactively supports, develops, and coaches the Marketing and Sales function and manages the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion / IEC Low-Voltage Motors division globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Strategic Sales Leadership & Market Growth: Develop and drive divisional sales strategies across Europe and the Americas, focusing on pricing management, growth initiatives, and channel strategy while maintaining a global perspective. • Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead sales initiatives by coordinating ASM activities, managing country growth plans, and leveraging data analytics to report progress and enhance decision-making. • Channel & Market Execution: Implement and oversee channel strategies, represent MOIM within the Motion channel organization, and facilitate global coordination of sales activities, conferences, and training programs across multiple regions. • Sales Excellence & Leadership Development: Support regional leadership in sales enablement, AI adoption, e-commerce development, and pipeline accuracy while fostering cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to drive business success.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial role within a global matrix organization
  • Solid Sales Excellence / Sales Enablement experience.
  • Proven experience with industrial product sales, electric motors experience is an advantage.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
  • Ability to influence and leading without direct authority.
  • Strong drive and commitment/ passion to shape and develop the business
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster trust and develop long-lasting partnerships with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Problem-solving ability, resourceful in identifying challenges and proposing tailored solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Customer-centric approach, deep understanding of clients’ businesses and ability to prioritize their needs to deliver maximum value.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Familiarity with sales concepts to include pricing strategy, strategic planning and implementation and associated tools
  • Fluent English language skills.
