Your role and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a new skilled colleague who can contribute to ABB's further development of the solution of the future and thus stay in the innovation space of the energy revolution. Are you an expert in electrical engineering and are you looking for a position where your efforts really create effective results? Then read on. You will become the key technical specialist for both colleagues and customers. Our solutions play a central role in creating the stable, digital and green infrastructure of the future. This includes the EV infrastructure, where we at ABB have several exciting solutions. Other important areas include electricity distribution and water and wastewater. The position has a technical focus on outdoor enclosures and the associated electrical components. Your responsibilities • Configuration, pricing and order processing of EV switchboards, low voltage switchboards and cable cabinets. • Provide technical support to sales colleagues, customers and suppliers. • Engage with R&D and product specialists representing our factories on new products, updates, requirements etc. • Keep yourself and the department updated on electrical technical legal requirements and familiarize yourself with our products with good help from colleagues. • Ensure that the product range complies with current legislation at all times. • Create, maintain and update technical documentation / master data in various systems. • Handling complaints from customers.

Qualifications for the role

• Electrical engineering background such as electrical installer, mechanical engineer, power engineer or similar.
• Able to analyze a technical problem and advise the customer so that they get the optimal solution.
• Good communication skills and the ability to create a good and close dialog with many different people - both in Danish and English
• Knowledge of the Electrical Safety Act, the Low Voltage Directive and standards
• Ability to understand different technical installations
• Ability to find solutions - match our products and customer needs
• Possibly knowledge of SAP or a similar system
