The Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority is accepting applications to fill a Part-time (20-30 hours per week) Maintenance Position for six public housing developments. The successful candidate MUST demonstrate ability to operate all lawn equipment and have a valid driver’s license, insurable under the agency’s fleet insurance policy, bondable and ability to perform grounds maintenance, painting, hands-on property repair and rehabilitation tasks requiring moderately to heavy manual work activities. Previous experience in lawn maintenance light maintenance and/or construction experience a plus.
