HCV Assistant Inspection

The Jonesboro Housing Authority (JHA) seeks a HCV Assistant Housing Inspector. The Assistant Housing Inspector (AHI) works in conjunction with the HCV Housing Inspector who is responsible for conducting all Housing Quality Standard (HQS) Inspections conducting inspections as needed. Additionally, the AHI will conduct all Quality Control Inspections and maintain records for the Inspection program (completing Rent Reasonable Reasonableness Forms for each initial inspecition and upon any request for rent increase using our online comparable system, Scheduling and Mapping inspections, corresponding wiht landlords and tenants, running monthly reports, etc.)
Qualifications Required:
- Inspection experience is preferred
- excellent computer skills
- administrative skills
- strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- organized and work quickly to meet deadlines
- must be bondable, have a valid driver's license and eligible for coverage with JHA fleet auto insurance
