MULTI-FAMILY SERVICE COORDINATOR
Accepting applications to fill a Multi-Family Service Coordinator Position (hours to be determined based on Grant Award. The successful candidate MUST demonstrate have a valid driver’s license, insurable under the agency’s fleet insurance policy, bondable and ability to perform Resident Service Coordination at the Jonesboro Sunset Gardens, an Elderly/Disabled Development Multifamily Service Coordinator for Jonesboro Sunset Gardens in Jonesboro, AR. The Service Coordinator helps residents in HUD-assisted housing to access supportive services by promoting independence and well-being while managing programs and resources to support the entire resident population. Job Duties include but are not limited to identifying and assessing the needs of residents, helping residents find appropriate community-based services, developing and implementing programs and resources that promote resident well-being, advocating for residents' rights and needs, and maintaining accurate and confidential records of resident needs, service plans, and service delivery. The Service Coordinator will also participate in relevant meetings and trainings to stay informed about the best practices and new developments in the field and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including those related to HUD programs and service coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in social work, human services, or a related field. Knowledge of HUD programs, service coordination principles, and community resources. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
